Elizabethtown Community Housing & Outreach Services (ECHOS) is dedicated to empowering our neighbors experiencing housing instability and financial hardship by connecting them with essential resources, fostering community collaboration, and offering individualized support.
Since our founding in 2016, ECHOS has served over 3,500 families through impactful programs such as:
- The Elizabethtown Emergency Shelter – offering safe, temporary housing to those in urgent need.
- Eviction Prevention & Homelessness Diversion – helping households avoid homelessness through critical intervention services.
- Housing Stability Programs – supporting veterans and older adults with transitional housing that promotes long-term security.
- The ECHOS Enrichment Center – providing job readiness, workforce development, information, and referrals to ensure individuals and families are on the path to self-sufficiency.
With your support, we continue to offer trauma-informed, client-centered advocacy, working alongside each individual to build a secure foundation for their future. But we cannot do it alone.
