I have been with Solid Rock for almost 7 years now and God never stops amazing me with the good work He is doing. 

People always ask what do I do all day? Each week and each season is different. I could be attending the school fall play to support my students, meeting with a student at Burger King, planning my next lesson, communicating with parents, meeting with a potential new volunteer, speaking at a church, driving around to multiple stores for snacks, planning the next student activities for the next several months, reading/studying about student behavior and current trends, and the list goes on. 

In today's world there is a big need for people to stand in the gap for students. The gap is a big divide between them and hope, them and peace, them and God. At Solid Rock, through all the activity we do, we get be a part of bridging the gap for these students and families. A way for them to see Christ as never before. To see that they were made for more. God's masterpiece created to do good works which He planned in advance for them(Eph 2:10). 

We cannot bridge this gap alone. We need your support to bridge the gap for these students and families and help them know the Peace of God. We are all Shalom-makers
