Over the 16+ years I’ve been part of Girls on the Run, I’ve watched girls arrive unsure or overwhelmed and finish the season standing taller, smiling brighter, and believing in themselves in powerful new ways. I’ve seen many of your daughters discover courage, connection, and confidence they didn’t know they had, and my family has celebrated those moments right alongside you. The Koger family shows up at every 5K because we believe every girl deserves that moment when she realizes she is strong, capable, and she belongs.
