The Mix

The Mix (Arbor Place) has been serving youth in Lancaster County for over 40 years! What started out in the heart of a local pastor as a safe haven for teenagers has evolved into a place where thousands of young lives have been impacted and transformed.

 

The youth and families that we serve are the center of our community. For many, The Mix is a beacon of light, a place where faith and community come together to INSPIRE YOUTH and EMPOWER FAMILIES. We strive to accomplish this by providing students with educational tools and resources to excel in the classroom and beyond; creating a safe & positive environment; building relationships with students, families, and neighbors; providing opportunities for students to learn about the Gospel; and helping students realize their abilities and achieve their FULL potential.

 

Over the last year,

• We were able to partner with 25 different schools through our school & community partnerships.
• We served 970 students & their families through our Afterschool Program, Summer Programming, Community Events, and Workshops.
• We provided over 10,000 nutritious meals & snacks through our “What's for Dinner” Meal Program and Summer Feeding Program.
