Jess's ExtraGive Fundraiser

I have had the pleasure of being an MSW intern at Lone Oak for the past three months. Over that time I have learned to care for the animals, built bonds with the horses, worked alongside and engaged with various volunteers and community members and learned through client experiences. Lone Oak is an extremely welcoming community for anyone and everyone who wants experience or is in need of their services. Not only has my time so far at Lone Oak increased my knowledge and education on animal-assisted therapeutic services but it has helped me grow personally in various ways.
