SWS Class One

Led by the amazing Ms. Willems, the 12 children in Grade One are learning something new everyday. Fairy tales and stories are introducing them to the letters, and soon four special gnomes will lead them on a journey into the numbers and processes of math.  They paint, sculpt, sing, jump rope, play outside, celebrate festivals, and explore the wider environs of Marietta. 

With the help of an equally amazing group of specials teacher, they're also  learning Spanish and Mandarin, knitting, music and movement. 

And perhaps most importantly, they're learning to be kind, imaginative, and responsible human beings.
