The Advantage of Lancaster is a free program dedicated to giving local youth meaningful experiences and opportunities to grow. Through educational field trips, college visits, Broadway shows, baseball games, reading groups, and team-building activities, we help students learn, explore, and dream beyond their neighborhood.

Each year, this program opens doors for children who might not otherwise have access to these experiences — but we can’t do it alone.
