It's been a tough year for nonprofits. Between grants being cut, state and federal governments refusing to pass budgets, and increased need in the community, the situation is grim. But we are as committed as ever to serving our clients.

One way we've worked creatively this past year to get more people housed:

Over the past eight months, we've formed a new partnership with Anchor, who ran a very small day center out of a nearby church. When a code blue was called early in the year, they moved their day center into our parking garage (which was being used as a low-barrier overnight shelter at the time). As temperatures warmed, we realized that hosting their day shelter at Tenfold is ideal for both of us: our larger space allows them to invite in more guests, and we can better meet up with our unhoused neighbors - and get them housed - when they have a safe space to be during the day.

Everyone in Lancaster deserves a safe place to call home. In this difficult time, every dollar you give helps Tenfold continue working with our most vulnerable neighbors to overcome their obstacles and access permanent housing.
