I began volunteering with the Pennsylvania Guild of Craftsmen in 2021 and joined its board last year because I believe deeply in the Guild’s mission to keep craft alive—not as nostalgia, but as a living language of creativity, design, and connection. 

As a designer, my work depends on the same values the Guild nurtures every day: patience, imagination, and the courage to build something lasting by hand. Through hands-on workshops, the retail gallery, and statewide craft shows, the Guild creates opportunities for artists of all ages to learn, share their work, and sustain creative careers.
