Lone Oak has been such a special part of my life and my family’s journey. When I first started here a year and a half ago, I wasn’t sure what to expect, but it quickly became a place of growth, healing, and connection. Through my time at the barn, I’ve learned so much -- not just about equine therapy and the incredible work that happens here, but also about myself and the power of relationships, both human and animal.

My kids have also benefited so much from being part of Lone Oak’s community. They’ve learned responsibility, empathy, and the joy that comes from caring for animals and being outdoors. It’s given them a sense of peace and confidence that’s hard to find anywhere else.
