Advantage Lancaster is a mentorship program for the youth.  The organization needs your support so they can provide educational opportunities, promote community involvement, career exploration, and wellness.  Advantage Lancaster helps students develop a Life Plan through mentorship, after-school programs, and various enrichment activities, like field trips and colleges.
