The nine children in the Rosebud class spend their days baking, painting, singing, gardening, and playing together in a warm, home-like setting led by Ms. Becky and Mr. Gabe. Their days are rhythmic, with puppetry on Tuesdays and pretzel-baking on Wednesdays, and each day ending with outside play. The classroom feels like a loving home; and here our children’s social and emotional life, love for the natural world, and sense of imagination are nurtured each day.
Susquehanna Waldorf School is participating in this year’s ExtraGive, a Lancaster County-wide day of giving that supports non-profits in our area. By donating to our school, you can help bridge the gap between the tuition the school charges and the amount it costs to run our extraordinary school.
