David’s Story: Leading with Purpose
As the Executive Director of GEARS, David provides the leadership and vision that guide the organization’s mission of serving the community through recreation and enrichment. Since taking on this role, he has focused on strengthening programs, expanding partnerships, and ensuring that GEARS remains a trusted resource for residents of all ages.
David oversees the Recreation Department, Senior Center, and Kids Center, ensuring each area delivers high-quality programs and meaningful experiences. He takes pride in leading a dedicated team that works every day to make a positive impact and strengthen the community.
Under David’s direction, GEARS continues to grow, innovate, and create opportunities for everyone to connect, learn, and thrive.
