The Willow Street Fire Company has been providing over 101 years of volunteer service, the Willow Street Fire Company members are kept busy responding to fire and rescue emergencies in the community. Our early years saw only a few calls for service. Today we are a very busy company with almost 500 events answered every year. We have over 50 members who are qualified by training and experience to be first responders.
We operate an engine, aerial platform, heavy rescue, and three support vehicles. Our Primary service area includes parts of West Lampeter Township and Providence Townships. In the event of major emergencies, we are also called to assist neighboring volunteer fire companies when needed.
Our volunteers have provided approximately 30,000 hours responding to alarms, training and community service such as fire prevention training in local schools
