Penn Manor Education Foundation is unique because of its commitment to support students, not just in the classroom, but in all life challenges. PMEF recognizes that if a child is to reach his/her full potential, that child must have all the tools necessary to compete and thrive. Our two grant programs focus on meeting those needs.
Who We Are
Penn Manor Education Foundation a nonprofit community-based organization dedicated to providing opportunities for students and securing a better community for Penn Manor families. We provide scholarships for graduating seniors, Venture Grants for innovative teaching, and Strong Grants to assist students and families in need.
In ExtraGive 2024, PMEF raised $21,839 from 140 donors, plus our share of the stretch pool that was based on our total number of donors. The minimum donation is $10, and the more individual donors, the greater PMEF’s share of the stretch pool of additional funds.
Help us reach our goal of 200 donors in 2025! We are encouraging our loyal donors – alumni, staff, retirees, community members and businesses – to help extend our reach to Penn Manor supporters living across the country. What can your donations do to support Penn Manor students?
$10 will supply summer reading books for an elementary student
$25 will enable a student to attend a field trip or support the purchase of musical instruments at all levels
$50 will provide hands-on learning tools for lessons in STEM and the arts
$100 will cover the AP test fee or CTC costs for a high school student
$500 will pay for a dual enrollment college class for a student or support a school-wide assembly
