With over a century of service, the Junior League of Lancaster provides a platform for driven women to develop leadership skills, create meaningful community impact, and build lifelong connections. We equip women with the tools to lead, connect, and drive real, sustainable change in Lancaster County.

How We Do It

Leadership Development: Members gain skills in project management, team collaboration, and public engagement, preparing them to lead both in the League and in the broader community.
Service in Action: Our members design and carry out initiatives that address pressing local needs, creating measurable impact in Lancaster County with a current focus on partnerships and projects dealing with nutrition accessibility.
A Collaborative Community: Women connect, share knowledge, and grow together, creating lasting relationships while learning to lead effectively.
