4 Girls On A Mission

How it started:

It all started with hosting a 5k race to raise money to benefit American Cancer Society. While organizing the event, a spark was ignited among four long-time friends. We realized that we enjoyed working together and we were capable of much more. We started looking for additional ways to serve others in our community. 

In 2022, 4 Girls On A Mission was founded on the idea of "Putting Action Behind Hope" by seeing a need and meeting that need one person at a time. 

How it is going:

Thanks to the generosity of our donors and success of our fundraising efforts, 4 Girls On A Mission positively impacted 35 households in 2023. We provided $45,000 in assistance for expenses such as rent, transportation, emergency shelter, utilities, clothing, groceries, and other household supplies. We receive pre-screened requests for assistance through our partner organizations or directly from our website and social media accounts. This year alone, we have met the needs of 45 individuals or families. In less than two years, from June 2022 to September 2024, we have distributed $104,077 directly to some of the most vulnerable members of our community.

In addition to fighting to keep families in their homes we provide the unhoused community with hot meals, warm clothing, blankets, and toiletry kits. In times of hardship, we strive to remind the members of our community that they are not alone. Our vision is to show unconditional love and generosity, enriching our lives with love and laughter as we connect those in need with those who can help.
