Children affected by parental incarceration often face trauma, family disruption, financial hardship, and challenges at school. SWAN comes alongside them with a safe, consistent place to belong and caring adults who believe in them.

Through our Rising Stars After-School Program, students receive free music instruction, certified mental health support, mentoring, social-emotional learning, Bible classes, art, and opportunities to perform and serve their community.

But Rising Stars is about more than music.

Each lesson helps a child build confidence. Each new skill shows them what they are capable of. Each caring relationship reminds them that they are seen, valued, and not alone.
