Rising Stars Football Academy Foundation

The Rising Stars Football Academy Foundation is more than a football academy. Based on our five pillars we seek to teach and provide essential life and social skills to student-athletes and youth of all backgrounds and demographics with the aim of fostering their success in the classroom, in their communities, and on the field. These five pillars include academic excellence, health, leadership, life and social skills, and financial literacy which we strive to instill in our student-athletes to help them achieve growth and wellness. Our vision is to ensure that our services and programs are especially available to the underprivileged youth in our communities who financially struggle or who otherwise may not have the support or resources to reach us. We have been in operation in total for 17 years and have helped countless student-athletes go on to receive scholarships to play at the Division I, II, and III levels, and have helped them go onto college and start professional careers.

In 2025 we have added the First ever Girls Flag Football Camp, as female student-athletes deserve equal opportunities to attend a camp like ours that can help make an impact in their overall development and help them become leaders in the classroom, on the field, and in their communities. 

We have been impacting the lives of thousands of youth ages 8 to 18 through education, youth development, and student-athlete development. The Foundation was formed with a goal to expand the capacity and improve sustainability of our annual, week-long football camp held at Millersville University every summer. Expanding the camp also includes affording additional year-round efforts to stay connected with and reach our camp participants and advance our vision with additional programming opportunities in the Lancaster communities. 

Each summer we offer between 10-15 scholarships to youth who typically do not have the financial means or resources to be able to attend a camp like ours.
