OUR HOME OF HOPE, INC.

Our Home of Hope, Inc., is a nonprofit, 30-bed personal care community located in historic Columbia, PA. 

 

Our mission is to exhibit Christian compassion by providing a warm, welcoming home like environment to individuals who need supportive care in an atmosphere of respect and dignity. We welcome each resident with grace, love and compassion and believe that every life is valuable.

 

Since we are a smaller community, our main focus is to provide exceptional care. But we also offer a variety of amenities:  from 24-hour staffing, 3 home cooked meals per day and cleaning services to assistance with medication and personal care needs, local transportation for appointments, and cable TV.  Each step of the way we treat our residents like family.

 

The vast majority of our residents depend solely on SSI (Social Security disability) to meet their basic care needs. Last year, the average annual cost for each resident per year was $4,500 more thann the amount they receive for SSI. Consequently, our residents depend on people like you to provide for their financial stability.
