Luthercare

For over seventy-five years, Luthercare has served our residents and the children in our community in a way that reflects Christ’s love and compassion. Our healthcare, dining, maintenance, grounds, and other support staff are the cornerstone of that service. Their commitment, compassion, and strength have a profound impact on our community every day.  

Luthercare is proud to celebrate our Lutheran heritage through the core values upon which our organization is built, and our compassion extends to residents and team members alike. That’s why we’re excited to roll out the LutherCARES program in support of our hard-working team members who make this place home for so many of us.

We know that even with the best planning and budgeting, unexpected emergencies can and will occur: a surprise medical expense for a team member or their child, a sudden vehicle repair, or a housing crisis, among other unexpected financial emergencies that could otherwise disrupt daily life if not for the LutherCARES program. This program focuses on offering 0% interest micro-loans for those who need a “hand-up”. As a condition for receiving assistance through this program, team members must complete a mandatory financial literacy course.

By supporting our team members, you’re directly improving the level of care and connection our residents receive. When you give to the LutherCARES Emergency Loan program, you are:
