Lodge Life Services have been proudly serving the Lancaster community for more than 35 years. In that time, we have been privileged to work shoulder to shoulder with many skilled and talented employees, volunteers, community leaders, service and business leaders who have afforded the opportunity for LLS to continue to provide a set of valued services here in Lancaster County.   

We recognize that sometimes in life, we all could use some assistance to help manage what is overwhelming, solve a persistent problem or to offer a plan through a life transition.  This has been the impetus for the development of services and our intention to add value to each person's life by helping them "piece together "an individualized support plan that fits their needs. 

Lodge Life Services offers specialized services that supports individuals and families with a variety of services and programs noted below:

• Limited Power of Attorney Service to me the specific needs of clients

• Fiduciary and Bill-paying services
• Executor and Estate Work 
• Life Care Planning

The Frederick Project 

An innovative project in collaboration with Lancaster General Hospital/Penn Medicine that provides an emergency housing coupled with a rapid rehousing program option for folks who are unhoused and who are experiencing medical challenges.   This Project further collaborates wtih  Community Care Connections, LGH Emergency Department, and Lancaster County Emergency Medical Serivces to provide the best opportunity for medical stabilization and rehousing in the Lancaster County Community.

Residential Support  Services :

 All residential programs offer supported services on site to assist residents in accessing community resources, problem solving,  developing/implmenting  a plan to reach individualized goals.  

• Lincoln House - 8 affordable single room units
• Fordney Road Apartments - 14 affordable single room units

           ( Eligible for individuals with a disability who have experienced homelessness)

• Park Avenue Apartment  - 23 one bedroom apartments for 55 + and some units for people with disability
• Mt Joy Senior Apartments - 36 one bedroom apartments for the 60+ community 
• Dial Apartments  - 42 Family apartments
