Who We Are

Since 1947, the Lancaster Hub has been partnering you to ensure Neighbors across the Lancaster County community have access to the essentials to lead a safe, healthy, and fulfilling life.

 What's in the Hub:

• The largest food pantry in Lancaster County processing more than 1.4 million pounds of food to 60,000+ Neighbors facing food insecurity. Each food order features a curated, well rounded collection of food staples to support different family sizes and dietary needs, all offered at no cost.
• A Clothing Bank providing no cost access to quality and seasonal clothing for more than 14,000 Neighbors, from back to school, to job interviews, to everyday life.
• Supportive Services Day Center, connecting Neighbors to everything from job opportunities, to housing applications, to haircuts. Newly expanded in 2025, the Hub's Outreach Center is a connection point for Neighbors experiencing homelessness or looking for consistent, supportive services in a safe and welcoming environment. 

The Hub is powered by Neighbors helping Neighbors.

Whether you are a visitor, volunteer, team member, or donor, everyone at the Hub gives and receives. For nearly 80 years, the Lancaster County community has helped the Hub grow, build trust, and generate hope for Neighbors of all experiences and needs.

But the need is growing. 

This year has seen the highest number of families served in the Hub's history. Your investment in the Lancaster Hub can help ensure that more Neighbors have the support needed to thrive. 

Over the last year:

• 1.5 million pounds of food distributed, feeding 55,000 neighbors.
• 17,500 individuals received free clothing, providing dignity and relief for back-to-school needs, seasonal changes, and more.
• 800 unsheltered individuals supported.
• 10,000 unhoused services provided.
