All funds raised through ExtraGive this year will support our new five-home Linden Street Build in Columbia. That's FIVE affordable homes for FIVE families right here in Lancaster County. 

Homebuyers in our program purchase their home from Habitat with a zero-percent mortgage that fits their monthly budget. They learn valuable skills through financial literacy classes, home maintenance workshops and through building their own homes. Families come to a position of strength so they are successful homeowners for many years to come. They lift up their own futures, as well as help to make Lancaster a more vibrant place to live and work.

Our community is facing a housing crisis. With low inventory and home prices at an all-time high, the hardest hit are lower- to moderate-income families seeking entry-level homes.
