Join Us for ExtraGive Day and Help Our Community Shine!

As you may know, Hempfield recCenter is more than just a place to work out; we’re a 501(c)(3) non-profit dedicated to bringing health, wellness, and connection to our community. We offer a little something for everyone—whether you’re a kid, a teen, an adult, or a senior, we’ve got programs and activities to keep you engaged and active. Plus, we take care of local parks and host fun events like flea markets and movie nights!

This ExtraGive Day, we’re inviting you to help us make a difference through our Everyone Belongs program. Your donations directly support financial assistance for families who might not otherwise be able to join in on the fun. We believe that everyone deserves access to our programs, whether it’s summer camp, after-school care, or a fitness class.

Who We Are

As a nonprofit 501(c)3 we have a commitment to cultivating an environment that supports a healthy, active, and engaged community—our community.

The more funds we are able to raise, the more scholarships we are able to provide, allowing children, families, and seniors to experience what it means to be well and connected in Hempfield.

Everyone Belongs is our local campaign initiative that helps to underwrite access to our healthy and active programs for those who otherwise would not be able to participate. Every dollar raised in the campaign will help seniors, families, and children in our area.
