Since 1902, Goodwill has been guided by the belief that strong communities are built by investing in people. When individuals have access to the right tools, resources, and support, they gain the power to transform their own lives—and uplift those around them.  

Our mission is powered by the goodwill of community members like you. Behind every item donated and every purchase made at our retail stores is a commitment to empowering our communities. When you donate, 100% of your gift stays right here in central and southeastern Pennsylvania, helping your local community. A portion of these proceeds fund our direct service programs, such as our free financial literacy education, job training and placement, and our re-entry education program for individuals rebuilding their lives. 

Thanks to your generosity, incredible things happened this year across our 22 counties. Because of you, 8,447 people received job training and employment services, many overcoming significant barriers to employment. In the first year of our Women of Wealth financial literacy program, we served over 400 people in partnership with more than 20 community organizations! 

Your support also helped us continue our partnership with Reworld, making it easy for our communities to recycle electronics at our 42 retail and donation centers. Together, we’ve repurposed more than 2.6 million pounds of electronics. And the impact doesn’t stop there. In 2024 alone, we diverted over 30 million pounds of materials from landfills!
