GiGi's Playhouse Lancaster

GiGi’s Playhouse Lancaster is the only one of its kind in Pennsylvania and we are so blessed to be located in Lancaster, PA! Our Lancaster Playhouse is part of a system of 62+ Down Syndrome Achievement Centers across the US.

 Since opening in Lancaster in 2020, we have now expanded our program offerings from 4 programs to 20 programs. We have grown from 100 families to over 500 families.

 We deliver close to 800 hours of FREE purposeful programming to those of all ages (babies through adults) with Down syndrome! We keep it free to families because we never want cost to be a barrier to achievement.

 However, it is not free for us. We work hard to hold annual fundraisers and secure donations, sponsorships and grants from individuals and organizations in our community, necessary to fund the programs.

By choosing to give through the Extra Give this year, you will be able to help us continue to fund some of our newest and upcoming programs, such as:

- Amina Grace, 1:1 Speech and Language Program, giving a voice to our participants

- GiGi's Kitchen, emphasizing the importance of health and wellness through nutritional education, kitchen safety, and food preparation

- GiGi Prep & GiGi’s University, providing adult education programs designed to motivate adults with Down syndrome to achieve their highest potential
