For one extraordinary day each year, Lancaster County is transformed into a community-wide celebration of generosity: Extra Give.
This year, we’re asking our community to come together to help us purchase a new vehicle so more students can get to and from programming, job interviews and other learning opportunities like job site visits and drivers education safely and consistently. Transportation is one of the biggest barriers our youth face. With your support, we can break down that barrier and open the door to stability, mentorship, and opportunity.

Bench Mark Program’s mission is to provide positive, multi-year mentorship to high-risk youth. We believe in the power of consistency and accountability to transform lives, which can only be achieved through connection to a dependable resource and/or mentor. Through a series of interconnected programs and initiatives Bench Mark Program seeks to be that resource to high risk youth, catching them when they stumble and steering them away from the juvenile justice system and toward a life of fulfillment and happiness.
