ZOE International is a global organization dedicated to fighting human trafficking through prevention, rescue, and restoration programs, with operations in Thailand, Japan, Mexico, Australia, and the U.S. - including Los Angeles and Southeast Pennsylvania.

Here on the East Coast, ZOE collaborates closely with law enforcement and community partners to support trafficked women and vulnerable children, providing advocacy, restorative services, and hope.

As the coordinating agency for both the Lancaster and Berks County Human Trafficking Task Forces, ZOE East Coast works alongside government agencies, private-sector leaders, and nonprofit organizations to build a comprehensive, networked response to trafficking. These partnerships strengthen our ability to:

• Identify at-risk individuals early

• Provide targeted interventions and resources

• Raise community awareness

• Support survivors on their journey to restoration
