Veterans Outreach of Pennsylvania

Veterans Outreach of Pennsylvania (VOPA) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to ending Veteran homelessness by providing both housing and comprehensive support services. In 2024, VOPA opened Veterans Grove, a community comprised of 15 tiny homes and a community center located in Dauphin County. Veterans Grove is more than a housing initiative; it is a safe and supportive environment where Veterans can begin the journey of rebuilding their lives after experiencing homelessness, trauma, and other complex challenges.

Since its opening, Veterans Grove has served Veterans from across all branches of the military, many of whom struggle with chronic health conditions, untreated injuries, post-traumatic stress, and barriers to accessing consistent medical care. The community provides stability and dignity, while the wraparound services offered through VOPA ensure that each Veteran has access to the tools and resources needed for long-term success.
