What does the outdoors mean to you?
Take a moment to think about how you feel when you're outside, surrounded
by nature. Peaceful? Inspired? Free?
At the Pennsylvania Parks and Forests Foundation, we work every day to
protect those special moments by preserving and enhancing YOUR state parks and
forests. But we can’t do it alone. Your support ensures that future generations
will continue to enjoy the beauty and tranquility of these natural spaces.
For 25 years, we've been making a difference, but none of this
would be possible without people like you. Your donation today goes directly to critical projects that help conserve state parks and forests, create new opportunities for recreation and education, and inspire
future generations of environmental stewards. We know that spending time in the outdoors is good for your physical, mental and emotional health--your support makes preserving these benefits possible.
Thanks to supporters like you, in 2024 we’ve:
- Opened the
first fully inclusive playground at Little Buffalo State Park
- Built a new
pavilion along the Great Allegheny Passage, offering visitors a place to
rest and enjoy the view
- Launched three
new Friends Groups to empower local communities and expanded training for
volunteers
- Secured funding
for the Pennsylvania Outdoor Corps, ensuring that youth employment and
leadership development in conservation continue to thrive
- Supported educational opportunities for students and seniors across the state.
We need your help to continue this vital work.
Thank you for your support in protecting Pennsylvania's natural treasures!
Your donation makes a difference. Together, we can keep state parks and
forests flourishing for generations to come!
