Who is PWP?
Partners with Purpose (PWP) is committed to expanding access to safe, stable, and affordable housing for households with limited financial resources in Lancaster County.
Founded in 2019 by the leadership of the Lancaster City Housing Authority, PWP helps Lancaster families thrive by preserving 95 affordable homes that provide safe housing and the stability and opportunity needed to build a bright futures.
Our Priorities
Affordable Housing Preservation - Since 2021, PWP has secured more than $1.6 Million in funding to rehabilitate and modernize homes, ensuring they meet current standards of safety, efficiency, and comfort.
ADA Accessibility - In 2025, PWP launched an ADA-modification initiative within its housing portfolio to improve accessibility for residents with physical disabilities.
Community Partnerships - We collaborate with housing providers, non-profit organizations, and elected officials to expand access to affordable housing opportunities and leverage shared resources.
