At Now I Can Northeast, we believe every child deserves the chance to reach their fullest potential. As the only intensive pediatric physical therapy center in Pennsylvania, we provide hope and life changing outcomes for children with cerebral palsy, brain and spinal cord injuries, and other neurological challenges along with gross motor delays.

Unlike traditional outpatient therapy, where children are typically seen once a week for 30 to 45 minutes, our intensive model offers multiple hours of focused therapy each day for 3 weeks at a time. This concentrated schedule gives the brain and body the repetition and consistency needed for true change, allowing children to make months, and many times a year’s worth, of progress in just a few weeks.
