🌿 Our Story: Hope Grows Here

At New Hope Counseling Center, every story matters. We provide professional counseling that helps individuals, couples, and families navigate life’s challenges with dignity, compassion, and hope. Our licensed counselors walk alongside clients through seasons of anxiety, grief, trauma, and transition—helping each person move toward healing and renewed strength.

Seventy-five percent—three out of every four—of our clients receive financial assistance because we believe no one should ever be turned away due to cost. Since 2022, we’ve offered on-campus counseling at Solanco High School, meeting teens where they are with professional mental health support—at no cost to students or the school. What began as a half-day program has now expanded to two full days each week, reaching more teens during critical moments of growth and need.

This past year, through the generosity of our community, we were able to purchase and renovate our building in Quarryville, expanding our counseling space by more than 50%. This growth allows us to welcome additional licensed counselors, serve more individuals and families, and offer dedicated rooms for child and family therapy.

We also expanded our services to include a child counselor specializing in ages 6–10, providing early intervention and emotional support that strengthens families and builds resilience. Beyond our main office, we’re privileged to partner with the Oaks Ministry, offering counseling for women rebuilding their lives with courage and faith.

✨ This year, we’re setting a bold goal for the Extra Give — $35,000 — to ensure professional counseling is within reach for everyone in our community. Together, we can expand access to care for those facing life’s hardest moments and help more stories of healing take root.

Your generosity will help fund 150 counseling sessions at our main office for individuals and families in need and sustain two full days each week of school-based counseling at Solanco High School—provided at no cost to students or the school.

Together, these efforts bring healing to those struggling today and build resilience in the next generation.

Every $100 helps fund a counseling session for someone who might otherwise go without care. Whether you give $25 or $500, you’re helping extend hope, healing, and restoration throughout our community.

Because when counseling is accessible and professional, lives change. Families heal. Communities flourish.
