Your mental health has never been more critical.

With earth-shattering events happening daily, so many people are overwhelmed and battling mental health struggles, but you have the power to change lives. By donating to Mental Health America of Lancaster County during the ExtraGive on November 21, you’re giving the gift of mental wellness to your friends and neighbors of all ages and backgrounds. Your crucial support of our life-changing programs touches the lives of over 8,000 people from across generations each year, giving them the resources they need for long, healthy lives.

Here’s what your impact looks like.

In 2024:

  • We touched the lives of 3,393 students through educational programming
  • Our Family & Child Advocate assisted 152 students and their families with Individualized Educational Plans (IEPs) or 504 plans
  • 86 Friendships were maintained through the Compeer Program
  • 253 new people attended one or more of our support groups for Depression, Bipolar Disorder, Anxiety/Panic/OCD, or Families & Friends of Suicide Loss
  • We educated over 230 mental health professionals, social workers, teachers, and more at the annual Suicide Prevention Conference: The River of Resilience

None of this is possible without YOU.

Your donation during the ExtraGive will provide invaluable support to those struggling with their mental health during these pivotal times through our groundbreaking programs. You are the difference between someone getting the help they need to make it through one of the toughest times of their life and falling through the cracks into a spiral they will never get out of.

Thank you for standing with us as we create a society where mental wellness is the foundation of a healthy community, no matter what.
