Help Us Increase the Pipeline of Skilled Workers!

The Lancaster County Career and Technology Foundation (LCCTF) is dedicated to empowering the workforce of tomorrow by raising critical funding for high-quality career and technical education. At the Lancaster County Career and Technology Center (LCCTC) support more than 1,500 high school students from 16 Lancaster County school districts, along with 2,000 adult learners who are seeking new skills, better jobs, and brighter futures.

Demand for hands-on, industry-aligned training has never been higher. Today, we face a waitlist of more than 500 students—individuals eager to enter programs that connect them directly to in-demand careers in fields like healthcare, advanced manufacturing, skilled trades, transportation, information technology, and more. Every student on that waitlist represents untapped potential for our local industries, which continue to feel the strain of the region’s significant skills gap.

With your support, we can expand program capacity, upgrade equipment to meet industry standards, and ensure that cost is never a barrier to opportunity. Your investment directly fuels workforce development, economic growth, and life-changing educational pathways.

Together, we can open doors for more students, strengthen our community, and build a skilled workforce ready to meet the needs of Lancaster County and beyond.

Your dollars today will support:

- Funding for state-of-the-art equipment, technology, supplies and materials

- Financial assistance for CTC students for uniforms, books, tools, certification fees

- Scholarships for post-secondary education

- Workforce grants for high school and adult CTC graduates to obtain tools and materials needed to enter the workforce and begin their career

- Provide tuition support for adult students entering Advanced Manufacturing and CDL programs

Mission

The mission of the Lancaster County Career and Technology Foundation is to ensure the Lancaster County Career and Technology Center has the materials, equipment and funding to provide the best in career training for high school and adult students.
