Our Purpose

To improve the lives of Lancaster County residents by promoting equal access to justice through philanthropy, education, and service.

Our Mission

We advance equal access to justice for all in Lancaster County by funding public interest law projects, supporting pro bono service, and providing civic and legal education to the community.

Who We Are

The Lancaster Law Foundation is dedicated to building a stronger, more equitable community where everyone has the opportunity to understand and exercise their legal rights. We do this by investing in nonprofit organizations, supporting programs that connect people with legal resources, and creating educational initiatives that make the law more accessible.

Through efforts like our Community Grants Program, Comfort Rooms at the Lancaster County Courthouse, Speakers Bureau, Law Day Poster Contest, Legal Career Fair, and our new Scholarship Program, the Foundation brings justice to life for people of all ages and backgrounds. With your support during the ExtraGive, we can continue to bridge the gap between the legal system and the community — ensuring fairness, equity, and opportunity for all who call Lancaster County home.

Mission

We promote equal access to justice for all in Lancaster County by funding public interest law projects, delivering pro bono service, and educating the public on civic and legal issues.
