Hoffman Homes
Since 1910, Hoffman Homes has provided hope and healing to Pennsylvania’s most vulnerable youth and young adults. Located on a 192-acre campus in Littlestown, we serve individuals ages 7–21 from more than 30 counties—including many from right here in Lancaster County—who are facing serious mental health challenges and the effects of trauma, abuse, neglect, or loss.
Through our Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facility, Transitional Living Program, Therapeutic Shelter, outpatient therapy services, and Hoffman Academy (grades 1–12), we offer a continuum of care that meets mental, emotional, and educational needs. Our creative therapy programs—including equine-assisted, animal-assisted, art, and drama therapy—help clients build coping skills and rediscover joy.
With the support of the Lancaster community, we are empowering individuals to heal, grow, and thrive—creating brighter futures across Lancaster County and all of Pennsylvania.
Our Mission
Hoffman Homes is committed to promoting personal growth and achievement of those we serve through continuous quality improvement, education, staff development, and the use of evidence-based practices.
