Hand Up Partners does a lot with a little! We have one full time and one part time outreach worker. They both do amazing work and put more hours in than they get paid for, because of the needs of the people we're serving, because of our budget, but mainly because they are fantastic human beings. I put a ton of hours and effort into this every week and have to find time to earn a living in between all of this. We don't have an office staff, (or a real office) we do have beautiful angels that help and a dedicated board, that volunteers their time and effort towards solving homelessness in Lancaster, PA.

   With very little overhead, your investment in Hand Up Partners goes directly to the work that we are doing and to the people that we are serving.  Our goal is to solve homelessness or at least implement  a system that works towards solving it and put ourselves out of business ASAP!
