Friendship Community is a nonprofit dedicated to cultivating the capabilities of individuals with Intellectual Disabilities and Autism (ID/A). Every day, we walk alongside nearly 150 men and women; helping them discover purpose, embrace independence, and live with dignity in a community where they are truly valued.

• Residential Services – Safe, welcoming homes where individuals are supported by caring Direct Support Professionals. Here, independence, belonging, and daily joy flourish.
• Life Enrichment – Through spiritual, social, and recreational opportunities, individuals explore their passions, build friendships, and fully engage with their communities. Your support empowers them to grow, connect, and thrive.
• Heart Art Studio – A professional art studio where artists with ID/A create, express, and share their voices through art, inspiring the broader community while building confidence and business skills.
• Heart Gallery & Market – A vibrant space where creativity meets community. Artists with ID/A share their original artwork, and the Market features handmade goods from entrepreneurs with ID/A that celebrate inclusion. Every purchase and every donation directly support these artists, creating opportunities for meaningful work, independence, and connection.
