We support women and teens in Lancaster, York, and Berks County. Sarah Zeitler serves as the Affiliate Director and partners with community members to collect bras and menstrual hygiene products to distribute as needed. Associate affiliates include August and Citizen Gallo, who support with admin and social media. Additional volunteers help to drive, collect and sort donations.
Additionally, we can visit clubs, communities, schools, and public events to share what ISTG does and how more folx can get involved.
We work closely with other organizations like school clubs and girl/boy scout troops who do packing for us to prepare items for donation and distribution.

Mission
Through an international network of Affiliates, I Support the Girls (ISTG) collects and distributes essential items, including bras, underwear, and menstrual hygiene products, allowing women and folx experiencing homelessness, impoverishment, or distress to stand tall with dignity.
