Families United Network

For more than 30 years, Families United Network has been dedicated to strengthening families by providing children and youth with safe, nurturing environments and a continuum of services focused on family reunification, permanency, and long-term success. Throughout the years, we have expanded to serve much of Pennsylvania, yet our roots remain firmly planted in Lancaster County, where we continue to serve local children and families with the same commitment and care that has guided us from the beginning.

We believe every child deserves a safe, stable, and loving home. Through our foster care and adoption programs, we work alongside families, community partners, and dedicated professionals to create opportunities for children to heal, grow, and thrive. Our team is committed to supporting both children and caregivers throughout every step of their journey, providing guidance, resources, and encouragement along the way.

When children face uncertainty or crisis, our foster families step forward with open hearts and homes. They provide not only safety and stability, but also the sense of belonging and connection that every child deserves. Whether a placement lasts a few days, several months, or becomes a forever family through adoption, these relationships can have a lasting impact on a child's future.
