Faith Friendship Ministries

A nonprofit organization

where faith + friendship + connection = home

_________________________________________________

Faith Friendship Ministry (FFM) is a 73-bed Personal Care Home that provides a safe, structured care environment for low-income persons with severe mental health issues and other conditions. Our purpose is to give these residents a place to call home in our structured 24/7 home, which fosters family-like relationships in an atmosphere demonstrating God’s love regardless of an individual’s beliefs. FFM residents who live here rely on us for all their daily needs and cannot live alone.

The total daily cost per resident is approximately $85. Because residents are very low-income, their SSI income only covers about half of care costs. Residents pay only what they can afford, which averages about $45/day. This leaves a $40/day deficit needed to cover basic costs.

How do we make up this deficit? The deficit is covered by monetary donations from generous friends like you. Your support helps us bridge that gap and is deeply appreciated. Thank you for your generosity!

The mission of Faith Friendship Ministries is to provide a safe, stable, and compassionate home where vulnerable adults can live with dignity, receive needed care, and be part of a loving community. Core Commitments

Housing & Care: Offering daily support with meals, transportation, medical coordination, and personal care in a community environment.

Dignity & Belonging: Creating a sense of family, where residents are seen, valued, and loved.

Faith & Service: Operating with a foundation of Christian values, while serving people of all backgrounds with compassion.

Advocacy & Sustainability: Addressing the crisis of personal care home closures in Pennsylvania by seeking sustainable funding and community partnerships to keep doors open for those most in need.
