We provide access: to information, to educational opportunities, to community support and social services. The Ephrata Public Library is a physical and virtual community center and is a home for those who seek to better themselves and their families. Every dollar donated to the Library has an $8 return to the community, making us one of the most valuable assets in the Ephrata area.

Mission

The Ephrata Public Library is a physical and virtual community center. Its mission is to provide resources and to promote opportunities for everyone seeking to improve, change, enrich, and enjoy their lives. The Library offers free access to information reflecting differing viewpoints in order to support an open and democratic society.
