In 1985, AWI formed the Armstrong World Industries Foundation. Since its inception, the foundation has donated more than $50 million to charity.
For the eleventh consecutive year, the AWI Foundation is donating $25,000 to ExtraGive because of its incredible impact in the Lancaster community where many AWI employees live, work and raise their families.

| The Lancaster campus welcomed students and alumni from Thaddeus Stevens College of Technology for an evening of learning and networking during the college’s second annual Employer Town Hall. | AWI Foundation board members visited Lancaster County Food Hub earlier this year to celebrate the opening of its new Outreach Center, supported by a 2024 Better Building Renovation Grant from the AWIF. The center offers daily support for unhoused community members, including meals and free clothing. |
